We regret to inform you that we will end support of GOM & Company’s all products for Window XP/Vista.

Despite the end of Microsoft support, we tried to continue to support it for the existing XP/Vista users.

But it became difficult for us to support it due to several issues such as OS environment which was changed recently and Hardware environment, etc.

Please check the details below so that you would not be inconvenienced while using the service.

GOM Player(Plus) for Windows, GOM Audio for Windows, GOM Encoder for Windows, GOM Remote for Windows

• End-of-Support OS

Windows XP/ Vista

• Effective Date

It will be applied sequentially for each product from November 2020.

As the existing  XP/Vista users are no longer able to update GOM & Company’s all products,

we recommend you use Windows 7 OS or higher for better use of them.
