GOM Mix
I lost my License Key. How can I find it?
If you have lost your activation key, you can use one of the following two methods to recover it.
- Recovering your key inside GOM Mix Pro
1. Run GOM Mix Pro.
2. Select the [Sign in] key icon located on the top bar of GOM Mix Pro. The GOM Lab window appears.
3. Click on [License Key Activation].
4. Click [Forgot License Key?].
5. Enter the email you used for the purchase and click [Send].
6. You will be emailed information about the activation process.
7. You can access your activation key in the GOM Lab “Check Authentication Information” page.
- Using the GOM Lab website to recover your key
1. If you have purchased a member, you can check it on [My Page > Product & License] after login to GOM Lab site.
2. If you have not made a purchase, you can find the activation key through email search on [Customer Service > For Non-member > Find your License key] on the GOM Lab site.
