Error Inquiry
The net framework 3.5 installation does not proceed and an error window appears. What should I do?
If you see the following error window, please refer to the guidelines below.
1) Please access to [Control Panel > Programs> Programs and Feature].
2) Click ‘Turn Windows features on or off’‘.
3) Select the check box of ‘NET Framework 3.5 (includes NET 2.0 and 3.0)’ and click the OK button.
