[Windows] Do you have audio issues while playing any file?
Here's how to troubleshoot audio problems with your GOM Player.
If your GOM Player abruptly stops playing sound,
Try the following steps.
- Step 1: Reinstall the GOM Player.
- Step 2: Install the FFDSHOW Codec.
- Step 3: Send your playback info to Customer Service.
[Step 1]: Reinstall the GOM Player
Start troubleshooting by reinstalling your GOM Player.
Completely uninstall GOM Player. After the uninstallation of GOM Player, reboot your computer.
Click on the following link to download the latest version of GOM Player.

Run the downloaded file and install the GOM Player.
[Step 2]: Install the FFDSHOW Codec.
You can fix your audio problem by installing the FFDSHOW codec.
Install the FFDSHOW codec via the following link and try to play the file again.

[Step 3]: Send your playback info to Customer Service.
If the problem persists, please send us the playback information for the video file.
Run the GOM Player.
Play the video file with the problem.
Press Ctrl+F1 while the video is being played and a pop-up window with the playback info will appear.
Press the "Copy to Clipboard" button in the lower left corner. (The information will be copied to the clipboard)
