I changed the playback movement time to less than 10 seconds, but it only works in 10 second increme
This is when the Move by Keyframe setting is enabled.
Go to Settings (F5) > Play > Move Playback and Time > If it is a video file, change the Move by Keyframe option to OFF and then use it.
