Error Inquiry

When I try to log in to the product, it just stays on a white screen and doesn't proceed.

This may be caused by the security level of the web browser being set too high.

Please enter 'Internet Options' in the search box in the taskbar at the bottom of Windows, run it, and change the security level settings as shown below and check.


- Go to the [Security] tab, and then click 'Reset all zones to default level'.
