If it is the newest version, you can download the necessary product from the download page, install it, and use it after logging in with the GOM Lab account you purchased the license from.

*You can download it from the Customer Support > Product Download menu.
 

For GOM Mix Pro/Max, GOM Cam, and GOM Player Plus, you can download the necessary product from the previous version download page, install it, and use it after logging in.

*Customer Support > Product Download > Download Previous Version.

You can deactivate the registered device information through the 'Deactivate' button in GOM Lab My Page > Product and License menu.
