[Windows] During video playback, the screen stops and only the sound is played.
The most likely cause is the codecs installed on your system. In [Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs], uninstall all codecs.
Then, play a movie and see if the problem has been solved. If not, press Ctrl+F1 to display the detailed playback information.
Copy the contents under 'Detailed Information' at the bottom of the playback information window and attach it to a new inquiry post.
