GOM Cam 2024

Function Inquiry

What is the “Chroma-key” function for webcams?

The chroma key feature allows you to apply a specific color to a desired color or image.

For example, think of the weather forecast screen on TV.

The weather presenter stands in front of a large graphic screen, and in reality, when creating such a screen, the presenter stands in front of a blue or green screen.

During editing, the weather information is inserted behind the presenter in the screen area.
