Error Inquiry
When the microphone is not being recorded during video recording.
"[When the audio (microphone) is not recording]
1. Go to the Start button > Settings > System > Sound > Input menu and check the ‘Input Device’ currently activated on the PC.
2. After confirming the activated microphone device, run GOM Cam.
3. Go to Settings > Device menu, then change the 'Microphone' device value to the previously confirmed microphone device name.
4. Open the recording window and check the preview screen. *If the preview screen is not visible, you can execute it by clicking the preview button on the recording toolbar.
5. Confirm if sound input is detected normally in the 'Microphone' area on the right, then start recording.
