An error occurred during recording, and it was saved as a .GS file. Is it possible to recover it?
If an error occurs during recording, the file may not be saved properly, leading to cases where it is saved as a GS file.
Typically, when you restart GOM Cam, a recovery prompt like the one in the following image will appear.
Press [Yes], and the file will be saved to the designated folder.
If the recovery prompt does not appear continuously, please contact support for further assistance.
