When starting recording during online lectures or on specific websites, you may encounter issues such as GOM Cam unexpectedly closing or the screen turning black.

This is typically blocked by the site or program.

If, after closing the currently used site or program and testing again, GOM Cam still does not work, please check in the Task Manager > Background Processes to see if programs like Star Player, Aqua Player, or similar are running.

If they are running, please close those programs before using GOM Cam.

The reason why recording on specific websites or during lectures may not work properly is typically due to copyright restrictions imposed by the content provider.
