The PC performance is likely not enough to proceed with the export.

Please lower the output setting as much as possible and try again. If this continues to fail, please check with another PC.

When you try to export from another PC, the currently saved GMXP file cannot load the stored data from another PC.

Please move the [Save All Project] file to another PC and load it as follows.

1. Open the recently saved project file (.gmxp)

2. Click and save the [Save All Project (Ctrl+C)] icon in the lower right corner

3. Move to the location where you saved and compress [Project Files (.gmxp)] + [Source Files Folder] stored as a all project save

4. Save the compressed file to email or USB, extract it from another PC, and run the project file (.gmxp)The minimum specifications required for using GOM Mix are as follows:

If you have experienced same trouble with a higher PC spec, please contact us again. (Even though the specifications are met, listed below, trouble may occur for other reasons such as the system environment.)

Supported Operating Systems - Windows 10 or higher CPU - Intel i5 or higher, 2GHz+. (Intel 6th generation or later version) RAM - 8GB RAM or higher (reconmmended 16GB or higher) Disk - 10GB or higher of free hard disk space (SSD recommended)
