GOM Cam requires DirectX to be installed for proper operation.

If DirectX is not installed, please download and install the latest version from the Microsoft website.

If you are still experiencing the same issue even with DirectX 10 or above installed,

please follow the instructions below. Using the DirectX Diagnostic Tool to Check System Information:
1) Press [Windows + R] on your keyboard to open the Run dialog, type 'dxdiag', and click [OK].

2) Once dxdiag is running, the 'DirectX Diagnostic Tool' window will appear as shown in the image below. Click on the 'Display' tab and check ① 'Device' and ② 'DirectX function'

2-1) If only the Intel HD Graphics integrated graphics card is displayed in the ① 'Device' section, please refer to the instructions below for 'Changing DirectX Properties'.
2-2) 'DirectDraw Acceleration', 'Direct3D Acceleration', and 'AGP Texture Acceleration' should all be set to 'Enabled'. If any of these are displayed as 'Not Available,' it indicates that the device is not properly installed.

In this case, please reinstall the graphics driver.
Changing DirectX Properties ※ (When using only the Intel HD Graphics integrated graphics card):
1)Press the [Windows + R] buttons on your keyboard to open the Run dialog, type 'dxcpl', and click [OK].

2) When dxcpl is running, the screen shown below will appear. Click the [Edit List] button.

3) In the Executable List window, open the file explorer and add the GOMCam 2024.exe executable file from the directory where GOM Cam is installed. After adding, click the [OK] button at the bottom.

If you have installed the 64-bit version of GOM Cam, the default path is as follows.

4) Set the Feature level limit to 10_1 as shown below, check Force WARP, and click the [OK] button.

5) Close GOM Cam and restart it. If the same issue persists despite following the above steps, please contact customer support.
